National commercial property and investment company LCP has appointed a new asset manager for its London office.
Tim Bromley-Martin joins the asset management team based in Millbank Tower from Lawson & Partners LLP where he was Partner.
After 12 years’ experience of looking after office and retail portfolios for high net worth individuals, the most notable one being Weybourne – James Dyson’s private office – Tim will now have responsibility for a £60 million portfolio of retail and industrial properties, most of which are based in the South West of England.
“Joining LCP enables me to progress my career to the next level and because I have long wanted to move to the client side to focus more on the strategic side, the size and span of the LCP portfolio provides me with that opportunity,” he said.
A keen athlete, Tim is a former Scotland Polo player and plays rugby, having captained London Scottish social team, as well as five-a-side football, sailing, surfing and indoor climbing.
Welcoming him to LCP, Julian Diamond, retail director, said: “As LCP continues to invest in retail and industrial portfolios across the country, we need a team of experienced and committed asset managers who can deliver the very best service to occupiers and tenants, as well as ensuring that we maximise our return on investment through our programme of intensive management.”
