David Wilson Homes is set to release the first homes for sale at its new Alconbury Weald development near Huntingdon this year.
Located on Senliz Road, the new development will provide Cambridgeshire homebuyers with an opportunity to purchase one of the new properties, with 17 homes being initially released.
A range of three, four and five bedroom homes will be available, meaning all house hunters from first time buyers to growing families will be catered for.
The development joins an already established community that features a purpose-built local centre including shops, restaurants, new schools, and a gym.
Will Phair, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We’re excited to be releasing our first new homes at Alconbury Weald.
“This wider community here is already thriving, so we expect appointments with our Sales Advisers will be booked up quickly and so recommend eager homebuyers to act soon to avoid disappointment.”
Alconbury Weald is set amongst 200 acres of woodland and parks, and is just a short drive away from Monks Wood National Nature Reserve and Hinchingbroooke Country Park, making it ideal for residents who enjoy exploring nature.
For commuters, the development offers excellent road links to Cambridge, Peterborough and Bedford. As well as this, just a short drive away commuters can take advantage of Huntingdon Railway Station where residents can reach London St Pancras in just over an hour.
