Thomas Sinden are delighted to announce that they have been appointed to 18 separate lots on the Fusion21 National Construction Works and Improvements Framework. 

The framework, which is worth up to £800 million over a four-year period, is designed to deliver capital works programmes with lots specific to housing, education, healthcare and wider public sector projects and provides full regional coverage. It was open to both local and national supply partners, including SMEs. 

Thomas Sinden has been successful, against stiff competition from both National and Regional Contractors, in securing one of the limited places on the housing lots for East of England; London and South East England in the value band up to £5 million and value band over £5 million. It has also secured the education lot and the wider public sector lot for East of England; London and South East England in the value band up to £5 million and value band over £5 million.
