Balfour Beatty Communities, a leading provider of property management, development and related real estate services for military, multifamily and student housing, today announced that 15 of its multifamily and student housing properties received “2018 Top Rated” awards from ApartmentRatings.com. The awards are based on community reviews and ratings on the site gathered throughout 2018.
