WYATT HOMES has been chosen by the Duchy of Cornwall to deliver new homes in the award-winning Nansledan development at Newquay, marking the company’s first project in Cornwall.

Wyatt Homes will develop a 4.2-acre site as part of the Nansledan development, which has achieved completion of almost 900 homes to date, with a total of 4,000 homes to be delivered by around 2045.

Nansledan is the Duchy of Cornwall's mixed-use sustainable community on the north coast of Cornwall which includes shops, offices and community facilities in walkable neighbourhoods, all set within a beautiful and accessible natural environment.

Wyatt Homes is an award-winning developer known for crafting characterful homes across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire, each designed with care and built to exceptional standards.

Their approach is strengthened by sustainable material choices and a clear understanding of the impact their work has on the environment, the economy and the communities it serves.

The properties to be built by Wyatt Homes, of which 30% will be affordable, will all be highly sustainable and will contribute to Nanlsedan's wider sustainability strategy, including a focus on being low carbon both in construction and operation.

Wyatt Homes is working on this project together with HSBC and National Housing Bank.
