NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR SECURED FOR BURRINGTON ESTATES

Following a successful five years of growth and expansion, Burrington Estates is pleased to announce the promotion of Grayham Tucker to Managing Director for its South West region. Previously holding the role of Commercial Director since the formation of the business in 2016, Grayham will become the South West Managing Director for Burrington Estates, utilising his 20 years of industry experience to further help the business expand.

A qualified RICS Quantity Surveyor, Grayham joined Burrington Estates following a six-year commercial management role at Taylor Wimpey. He has played an integral part in building the company alongside founders Mark Edworthy and Paul Scantlebury, helping to secure a £70million turnover in 2020. Now as Managing Director, Grayham is looking forward to seeing the company develop further as it expands in the south west and across the Central region, formed a year ago.

Burrington Estates was founded in 2013 by Mark Edworthy and Paul Scantlebury. It has completed more than 400 homes in the South West during the past five years and its current portfolio of sites has a GDV of £300m. Its target is to reach 600 homes per annum by 2025.

Burrington Estates currently has a number of available developments spread across the South West of England, including Stowford Mill in Devon, Upbury Grange in Dorset and Home Farm in Exeter. Future sites set to launch in the region later this year include luxury apartments at the developer’s flagship Winslade Park mixed-use site, as well as new homes in Tiverton and Bude.
