A collection of properties have been unveiled on a brand new phase of Barratt Homes’ development in Leyland.

As the next phase of the Longmeanygate community, Centurion Green will feature a mixture of three and four bedroom properties suitable for a wide range of buyers. All of which will be expertly designed to suit the needs and demands of modern day living.

The latest phase of the growing development is set to deliver 33 new homes of various property styles, the first of which will be available in July 2023.

Having recently achieved its target for the installation of swift bricks at its developments across the UK, Barratt Homes will also look to incorporate bird boxes, hedgehog highways, bat boxes and insect hotels at its new development.

Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Manchester, said: “Being given the green light for this new phase is fantastic news as it means we can continue to deliver more properties to eager homebuyers in Lancashire.

“The latest release of homes will supply a boost to the region and provide new opportunities for those looking to take the next step on the property ladder.”

Centurion Green is the next phase of Barratt Homes’ Centurion Village development. Located just south of Preston, the community offers residents the chance to enjoy rural surroundings in the town of Leyland.

Keen homebuyers can be assured of the best quality education with Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ schools nearby, and essential amenities a short distance away from the development.

Commuters can also find peace of mind with Leyland Railway Station only two miles from the development, and the M6 also in close proximity.
