How Hodson Developments benefitted from our ‘all under one roof’ approach
Our work on the Viridium development in Camberley showcases how all of our services fit together and helped our client, Hodson Developments meet their objectives.
The development site was an old pub, The Duke of York, that our land department were instructed to sell with detailed planning consent for 29, 2 bedroom apartments.
Following the purchase, Hodson Developments, instructed our Surveying team to carry out a viability assessment.
Once the sale completed, Hodson Developments worked closely with Boyer, submitting two planning applications and an appeal to create an additional 90 homes – which was successful!
With the development construction complete, our New Homes team worked on site to sell the homes. They worked closely with mortgage services to help buyers secure the right mortgage for their circumstances. Many of those who bought one of the new homes also utilised the services of our residential sales offices when selling their existing homes.
Several of the properties were sold to investors who let through Romans and our lettings and property management teams have continued to work with these investors to ensure their let remains successful.
By keeping this project ‘all under one roof’, Hodson Development had a dedicated point of contact throughout and had the peace of mind that everyone involved was working towards the same goal.
Wherever you start your property journey with us, you can rest assured that the service you receive will be innovative, hassle-free, and that you will see the benefit of working with a multi-disciplinary property services company with an ‘all under one roof’ ethos.
