Stephens + Stephens and Absolute Take Home Four Awards at the UK Property Awards

Cornish leading Luxury property developer, Stephens + Stephens, and its sister company and award-winning interior design business, Absolute, have together won a fantastic four awards at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2022-2023. Open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe, the UK arm of the International Property Awards celebrates the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

The United Kingdom Property Awards, now in their 29^th year, is one of the most prestigious, largest and widely recognised industry awards. Judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, and chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, and Lord Waverley – members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament – the awards shine a light on the incredible work being done every day by dedicated professionals, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

On the 28^th of October, Stephens + Stephens and Absolute took home the following:

• Stephens + Stephens, the 5-star award in the category of: Residential Development 20+ Units for Cornwall with Cliff Edge, Newquay, Cornwall
• Absolute, the 5-star award in the category of: Residential Interior Private Residence, for Cornwall with Seaglass House
• Stephens + Stephens, the regional award in the category of: Residential Development 10-19 Units, for Cornwall with The Nest, Charlestown, Cornwall
• Absolute, the regional award in the category of: Residential Interior Show Home, for Cornwall with Cliff Edge Showhome

Stephens + Stephens is responsible for creating some of Cornwall’s finest properties in many of its most striking locations. These include Cliff Edge, stunning and spacious Mykonos-inspired apartments, situated on the East Edge of Newquay overlooking the majestic and raw Atlantic ocean, and The Nest, a collection of 15 harbourside homes which sit within and tie seamlessly with the surrounding UNESCO-listed Cornish Mining World Heritage Site and local conservation area.
