Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, today announces the appointment of Tracey Wood as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Tracey will report directly to Group Chief Executive, Leo Quinn, as a member of Balfour Beatty’s Group Executive Committee, responsible for the Group’s Legal teams as well as acting as the Company Secretary.
Tracey joins from Costain Group plc where she was General Counsel and Company Secretary. Having joined the company in 2006, she has been responsible for Legal, Company Secretariat, HR and Internal Audit & Risk. Prior to Costain, Tracey was a Partner at the law firm Hammonds. Tracey has nearly 30 years’ experience in commercial and construction law.
