Winkworth Franchising Ltd is pleased to report another year of growth for its network after adding six more offices to its operation in 2018. With new franchise applicants at a record high, the franchised business is optimistic for further growth over the coming year, with a number of quality openings already in the pipeline.
Winkworth’s new offices over the past year have included three cold starts in Banstead, Poringland and Northampton, a conversion in Fowey, a new office opened by an existing franchisee in Brentford and the acquisition of an existing business in Mudeford by an existing franchisee. These new additions to the network highlight perfectly the various routes to owning and becoming part of the Winkworth franchise, for which interest has risen exponentially with a 78.5% uptick in new franchising applicants over the past year.
