The Momentum Group Expands Its Property Management Specialism with the Acquisition of CPM

Leading North West integrated property services company, The Momentum Group, has announced the acquisition of Liverpool-based residential block management specialists, Central Property Management Liverpool (CPM).  The deal marks a significant milestone for The Momentum Group, broadening its skillset and client base as it focuses on further expansion.

Founded in 2011 by Lisa and Sean Duffy, CPM has established a reputation as Liverpool’s leading provider of high-quality residential block management services.  The company manages a large portfolio of buildings, both mixed-use and solely residential, including some of the city’s most prestigious residential developments, such as West Tower.  CPM differentiates itself on the very high level of service it provides, the processes it has created to facilitate the smooth management of the properties in its portfolio, and the depth of knowledge Lisa, Sean and their team possess about the Liverpool residential market, from the perspectives of both building owners and their residents.

The acquisition will see CPM continue to trade under its established brand as part of The Momentum Group, with no immediate changes to the day-to-day service received by existing clients. The current CPM team will remain in place, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining its trusted relationships with leaseholders, residents, and property owners.

The purchase significantly strengthens Momentum Manage’s residential property management capabilities, with its current portfolio including properties in the Liverpool City region and London.  CPM’s expertise and established residential management systems will bring valuable additional knowledge and experience to The Momentum Group, while creating opportunities to enhance its services and processes.

The acquisition coincides with a refresh of the Momentum Group’s structure, with the company offering four specialisms – Advise, Build, Manage and Maintain – that reflect the different stages of a property’s lifecycle.  Momentum Advise, led by Andrew Quinn, provides strategic advice and professional services from the concept stage; Momentum Build, led by Dan Lewis, is focused on construction delivery; Momentum Manage, led by Jacqui Saunders, ensures properties perform operationally; and Momentum Maintain, also led by Dan Lewis, optimises the appearance and function of clients’ properties.  CPM will form part of Momentum’s Manage specialism.
