On Saturday 19th May, Inspired Gifford Lea, the luxury retirement village operator, will be showing the Royal Wedding LIVE on a huge screen set up in their retirement village in Tattenhall. Entrance to the screening will be totally free of charge and will also include; a quintessentially British garden party with the all-important flags and bunting, a Royal Wedding Bake Off competition and bespoke Royal Wedding ice cream and much much more!
Forming an important part of the local community and home to 48 luxurious retirement apartments, Inspired Villages is giving the residents of Tattenhall and the surrounding community the chance to celebrate the national event by hosting a live screening of the day within their beautiful grounds.
Visitors will be invited to enjoy a traditional English afternoon tea, with a selection of finger sandwiches, cakes and tea and coffee served throughout the afternoon. Pimms cocktails will also be on offer, as well as a selection of soft drinks.
Inspired Villages and The Ice Cream Farm have developed a bespoke ice cream to mark the occasion.
Visitors are invited to take part in the Royal Wedding Bake Off competition by bringing their very own Royal Wedding inspired creation. All entries will then be judged by a very special Celebrity Judge…
The pop-up event is being held at Inspired Gifford Lea on 19th May from 11am and is open to people of all ages. Places are complimentary, but guests are encouraged to reserve their place by calling: 01829 289 124.
