Show homes at Barratt Homes’ Thornberry Gardens development in Dinnington are offering local homebuyers the very latest interior design inspiration.

The show homes, which are now open to all were expertly designed and styled by well-known interior designers, Edward Thomas Interiors, meaning homebuyers can be assured they will be up to date with the latest trends.

Barratt Homes is welcoming visitors to look at the three bedroom Ellerton and the four bedroom Windermere style homes which promise to appeal to a range of home buyers.

Andy Richardson, Managing Director at Edward Thomas Interiors, said: “The two show homes at Thornberry Gardens are styled with a contemporary aesthetic for entertainment and relaxation.

“Inspiration for the Ellerton was drawn from two of this year’s biggest trends; pastels and curves. Shades of dusky pink and pale turquoise feature prominently while white furniture and gold accents ensure bright and welcoming spaces. Accessories and furniture include rounded edges and soft curves, which we’ve emphasised with creative colour-block painting to make eye-catching backdrops.

“In the Windermere, house hunters will find a bold décor of navy and mustard, interspersed with beautiful wooden furniture and black accents. This house is designed for foodies and those who love to entertain and includes an eight-seater dining table with wall-mounted bar in the kitchen diner.

“Upstairs, the main and guest bedrooms include impressive statements walls, showcasing how homeowners can incorporate two more trends; paneling and wallpapering. Younger house hunters will be inspired by the woodland and retro music themed bedrooms.”

Stacey Berkeley, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Sheffield, said: “The way the show homes have been designed showcases that colour schemes in your home can transform the way you feel.

“It’s always exciting to reveal new show homes and we hope these homes at Thornberry Gardens will help buyers to envisage themselves living there.”

Located on Lodge Lane, in the popular town of Dinnington, the new community being built at Thornberry Gardens offers semi-rural living with convenient city connections to Worksop, Rotherham and Sheffield.

With a wide variety of amenities practically on the doorstep including shops, cafes and restaurants. Residents can also benefit from Ofsted rated “Good” schools nearby.

A number of schemes and unique offers are also available when purchasing a Barratt Homes property, including the homebuilders’ Part Exchange Guarantee scheme.

Through Barratt Homes’ Part Exchange Guarantee scheme, house hunters can sell their existing property to the developer who then become guaranteed buyers, eliminating any estate agent fees. If Barratt Homes then sell the property for above the agreed offer, the home buyers will receive any profit made.
