A community in Sileby is now fully formed as the 201st resident moved in last month – marking another thriving complete neighbourhood for Davidsons Homes.

Building work at the Leicestershire-based housebuilder’s Ratcliffe Gardens development off Ratcliffe Road started in 2021 and came to a close at the beginning of this year, as the 201st home became the final property moved into at the successful site.

Stephanie King, Sales Director for Davidsons Homes, said: “As a housebuilder it’s easy to just look ahead to new launches, but we feel that it’s also important to look back at what we’ve accomplished and take stock of the communities we’ve created.

“Ratcliffe Gardens is a prime example of just that. Over the last four years we’ve built a development which has become home to 201 households, forming a vibrant new neighbourhood in the heart of the Soar Valley.

“We’ve welcomed growing families, first-time buyers, downsizers and everyone in between, and have loved watching as people found their ideal home with us.

“Ratcliffe Gardens has now sold out, but we are building nearby at Leicestershire’s first garden village – Broadnook – and a new site coming soon to Queniborough too. We welcome anyone who may have missed out on the opportunity to buy at Sileby to register their interest for one of those sites and be part of our next wonderful local development.”
