There are just seven homes remaining for sale at Balfour Beatty Homes’ Westfield development, which has an unusual location just a stone’s throw away from a zoo!
With over 160 species of animals and Scotland’s only cheetah, Five Sisters Zoo is the perfect day out for the whole family to enjoy. In fact, it’s so close to Balfour Beatty Homes’ development in West Calder that it shares the same postcode, making it ideal for wildlife and nature lovers.
Just a handful of four-bedroom homes remain for sale at Westfield, with prices starting from £334,995. The site is handily located just 18 miles from Edinburgh and 32 miles from Glasgow, and is surrounded by rolling countryside and picturesque views.
Gill Sabin, Sales Director for Balfour Beatty Homes, said: “We’re down to our final few homes at Westfield, which is uniquely positioned close to a zoo – providing a fun day out for the family.
“Much of Westfield has already been built and a wonderful, friendly community has formed. It has an ideal location close to Livingston, and with good links to Edinburgh and Glasgow, which has made this development very popular with commuters.
“The site is also less than ten minutes’ drive from Livingston Designer Outlet, which has a lovely collection of stores, meaning buyers can shop to their hearts’ content!
“And of course, Five Sisters Zoo is just around the corner – children will be sure to love visiting its Humboldt penguins, red pandas, snow and cloud leopards, European brown bears, lions, a cheetah – and so much more!
“It’s a really wonderful location and there are just a handful of homes remaining for sale, so we urge people to visit the development to find out more now – to avoid missing out.”
