Leadership change at Steven Hunt Associates marks an exciting new era of growth and innovation

Steven Hunt Associates, a trusted leader in mechanical and electrical engineering for almost 35 years, has announced a leadership change as part of an ambitious vision for continued growth and innovation.

Steve Hunt, the driving force behind the company's success since he founded it in 1989, has transitioned from the role of managing director to assume the position of CEO. Taking over the reins as the new managing director is Neil Baines, who has been at the firm for almost 25 years.

Supported by the highly respected board of directors Dave Kelly, Anne King and Dominic Sibbring, this decision comes as part of a strategic succession process, ensuring a seamless handover and business as usual.

Among his priorities, Neil will put extra emphasis on broadening the company’s growing client portfolio as well as continuing to develop the firm’s employee brand, attracting, developing and nurturing the very best of the best.
