Ian Rylatt, CEO of Balfour Beatty’s Highways, Investments, Plant & Fleet and Homes businesses, is featured in an exclusive with Partnerships Bulletin discussing the PPP market and why he believes it still offers plenty of opportunity.
Ian explains that while reforms to PF2 are required in the UK, there is major opportunity in the US as the PPP market expands and diversifies into such areas as the US multifamily housing market.
Following its appointment to the Los Angeles Automated People Mover PPP project earlier this year, Balfour Beatty is looking forward to closing and getting involved in similar schemes across the US.
