Developer David Wilson Homes Southern has successfully moved into a new purpose-built headquarters at a thriving business park in Berkshire.

The leading housebuilder was previously based at Tealgate in Hungerford for 24 years, but has now relocated its head office functions to Cygnet House at Charnham Park, less than half a mile away.

The new headquarters will serve as an upgraded central hub for its 76 staff members, offering more space for enhanced collaboration among its teams.

For the company, which has been in operation for nearly 40 years, the relocation will help to strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality homes across the south of England.

In line with this commitment, David Wilson Homes Southern aims to build over 1,000 homes in the next twoyears, catering to the diverse needs of homebuyers across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.

The leasing of Cygnet House was facilitated by joint agents Parkinson Holt and Deal Varney, local specialists in commercial real estate.

David Wilson Homes has leased 10,000 square-foot of air-conditioned offices on the ground floor, and has signed the lease agreement for a duration of 10 years.

The accommodation will provide a stable and conducive environment for the developer to carry out its operations, and has been comprehensively refurbished to provide high quality open plan space, which has been fitted out to David Wilson Homes’ specific requirements.
