The leading housebuilder was previously based at Tealgate in Hungerford for 24 years, but has now relocated its head office functions to Cygnet House at Charnham Park, less than half a mile away.
The new headquarters will serve as an upgraded central hub for its 76 staff members, offering more space for enhanced collaboration among its teams.
For the company, which has been in operation for nearly 40 years, the relocation will help to strengthen its commitment to delivering high-quality homes across the south of England.
In line with this commitment, David Wilson Homes Southern aims to build over 1,000 homes in the next twoyears, catering to the diverse needs of homebuyers across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Campbell Gregg, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: "We are thrilled to announce the move to our new regional headquarters office at Cygnet House.
"The new office space will not only accommodate our teams but also serve as an upgraded base to provide more homes of exceptional quality in current and new areas, as well as investing in the communities which surround our developments.”
The leasing of Cygnet House was facilitated by joint agents Parkinson Holt and Deal Varney, local specialists in commercial real estate.
David Wilson Homes has leased 10,000 square-foot of air-conditioned offices on the ground floor, and has signed the lease agreement for a duration of 10 years.
The accommodation will provide a stable and conducive environment for the developer to carry out its operations, and has been comprehensively refurbished to provide high quality open plan space, which has been fitted out to David Wilson Homes’ specific requirements.
Jon Varney, Directorat Deal Varney, said: “As agent for the property owner, Kerridge Properties Limited, I am delighted to welcome David Wilson Homes to Cygnet House as they are a highly respected company, and the landlord is very pleased to have them as a tenant in this excellent headquarters office building.”
Cygnet House is a modern office building arranged over two floors and situated within its own secure two-acre site.
There is a further 21,500 square foot of office space still available to let at Cygnet House, and further details can be obtained by contacting Deal Varney or Parkinson Holt.
