Global property and construction consultancy Gleeds is set for long-term growth with the support of HSBC UK.
After five years of strong annual growth, the London-headquartered firm has secured an eight-figure refinancing package from HSBC UK to support its next phase of expansion, both in the UK and internationally.
The funding will enable Gleeds to expand into new geographic markets and build on its presence in regions where it already operates, including South America, where it is working in partnership with UK Export Finance. It will also support targeted investment in priority areas of the business, such as data centres, energy, infrastructure, and life sciences, while ensuring the company has the resources it needs to operate effectively as it grows.
