David Wilson Homes has announced that its Riverside Grange development in North Fambridge has officially sold out.
The sought-after community located on The Avenue delivered a total of 112 homes to residents in the area, catering for a variety of homebuyers, from young couples to growing families and retirees.
With the final residents now settling into their new properties, David Wilson Homes is celebrating the success of the development.
Tom Wright, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, said: “We’re delighted to announce the selling out of our Riverside Grange development, and can look back on its progress with many fond memories.
“Ever since it first launched in 2020, we were confident that the development would be a success due to its desirable countryside location and nearby riverside views.
“We’d like to encourage anyone who missed out on a property to take a look at our nearby High Elms Park development in Hullbridge, where we currently have a selection of four and five bedroom homes available to buy.”
During its time at Riverside Grange, David Wilson Homes has made a variety of sponsorships and donations to the local community.
To celebrate World Wellbeing Week in 2021, the homebuilder invited children from Deerlands Day Nursery to plant some flowers at the development.
During Walk to School Month in the same year, the developer donated 35 hi-vis kit bags to Cold Norton Primary School to help pupils remain visible during their commute to and from school.
More recently, David Wilson Homes also made a donation of bird seed and feeders to the school to enable the children to observe birds in their natural habitat around the school grounds.
Despite Riverside Grange having sold out, David Wilson Homes still has a variety of properties available to buy at the following developments: High Elms Park in Hullbridge, Mortimer Place in Hatfield Peverel, and Great Dunmow Grange in Dunmow.
