Dornan has expanded its direct hiring capability with the introduction of a dedicated Trades & Labour recruitment function, reinforcing the company’s continued investment in attracting skilled people as it continues to grow across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

The new function forms part of Dornan’s Talent Acquisition team and provides a dedicated point of contact for skilled trades and labour professionals interested in building their careers with the company. The initiative is designed to strengthen direct engagement with candidates, enhance the recruitment experience, and support Dornan’s growing portfolio of projects.

The appointment of a Trades & Labour Manager represents the next step in Dornan’s evolving recruitment strategy. Working alongside the company’s existing recruitment channels, the role will focus on building relationships with prospective employees and providing a clear route into opportunities across Dornan.

Commenting on the announcement, Micheál O’Connor, Group Managing Director at Dornan said:

“As our business continues to grow, so too does the importance of building lasting relationships with the people who deliver our projects. Bringing our trades and labour recruitment in-house was a natural progression for Dornan. It allows us to engage directly with candidates, introduce them to our culture and values from day one, and provides a clearer pathway into long term careers with Dornan.

This investment reflects our commitment to developing our workforce and ensuring people joining Dornan understand not only the opportunities available today, but the opportunities to grow with the business in the years to ahead.”

Individuals interested in joining Dornan can contact the company’s dedicated Trades & Labour Manager, Shirley Kealy, at Shirley.Kealy@dornangroup.com, or visit the Dornan careers page to learn more about current and upcoming opportunities. Trades & Labour
