Further to the announcement issued on 11 October 2017, Telford Homes Plc (AIM: TEF), the residential property developer focused on non-prime London, is pleased to announce that Jerome Geoghegan has joined the Board of Telford Homes as Group Land and Planning Director, with immediate effect.
Jerome, who joins from L&Q Housing Group where he was Group Director for Development and Sales since 2005, brings to the Board over 25 years of new homes experience. Jerome is well known and respected in the London development market, and his appointment is not only an indication of the growing scale and reputation of Telford Homes, but also signals a step change in the Group’s capabilities, capacity and future growth plans.
The Group also announces that David Durant and Jim Furlong are both stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. Both David and Jim will continue to play active roles in the business.

He is held in high regard across the industry with a successful track record across all housing tenures. He brings highly complementary knowledge and experience and will be a valuable addition to our Board.
