Bellway London has launched its own dedicated website as it embarks on the next phase of its ambitious growth plans.
The brand-new website will showcase the full range of Bellway London developments across Greater London, which is set to increase three-fold in the coming years.
The national housebuilder currently has 15 developments being built or coming soon and marketed under the Bellway London brand. Its aim is to treble this to around 30, enabling it to deliver 4,000 new homes per year across the capital in the process.
Ian Gorst, Regional Chairman of Bellway London and the South East, said: “The launch of this dedicated new website represents a significant moment for the Bellway London brand and signals the next stage of our continued growth within the capital.
“While still aligned with the overall Bellway brand, Bellway London has established itself as a widely recognised and distinct brand, with a reputation for delivering homes of high-quality and good value for first-time buyers in Greater London.

“Our ambitious plans for the future of Bellway London are reflected not only by the launch of this new website, but also by the recent appointment of two new Regional Planning Directors who will be responsible for implementing our strategic growth agenda.
“As we aim to deliver 4,000 new homes per year, there will be a continued focus on acquiring brownfield sites to provide not just much-need new housing for Londoners but vibrant and desirable communities too.”
Bellway London is currently building at developments in Greenwich, Stratford, Beckton, Sydenham, Forest Hill, Barking Riverside, Bexleyheath, Greenhithe, Hornchurch, Dartford, Nine Elms, Hayes and Watford, as well as two developments in Croydon including on the site of the former Purley Way Lido.
