Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, has been awarded a c. $697 million (c. £530 million) design and construct contract at Fort Meade, Maryland, US by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
The contract will see Balfour Beatty design and construct the East Campus Building #4 and a c.1,180,000 square foot parking structure on the US Army military installation. Work is due to complete in Spring 2026.
