The team behind one of David Wilson Homes’ Nantwich developments has lifted the lid on what makes their site Kingsbourne so successful with homebuyers in the area.
Located in Waterlode, the development hosts a total of 40 employees, ensuring 10,000 bricks are laid and 400 cups of tea are brewed each week for the workers.
Site Manager, Craig Bailey, said: “As a team, we take a great amount of pride in the high levels of quality and service we deliver for our customers across the site and we’re proud to be building new homes in Nantwich.
“The properties are thoughtfully designed with modern living and energy efficiency in mind, and a variety of house types that appeal to a range of different homeowners.
“We’ve had fantastic feedback from our customers here and always look forward to welcoming new residents into their dream homes.”
David Wilson Homes’ parent company, Barratt Developments, has been awarded a maximum five star rating for the ninth consecutive year in the 2018 Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey. They are the only major national housebuilder to have achieved the maximum five star rating for nine successive years.
Lynton Dudgeon, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “Our Kingsbourne development has only recently launched and is already proving extremely popular with a range of buyers.
“Our award-winning service doesn’t end once the homes have been built. We offer a number of schemes to assist homebuyers in getting on or progressing on the property ladder, including Help to Buy, Part Exchange or Movemaker.
“We’re delighted with the beautiful homes and developments we continue to build each year and it’s even more rewarding to know the customers are just as pleased with the properties.”
The development features a range of three, four and five bedroom homes with prices starting at £74,997 to £429,995. Home owners in the historical market town of Nantwich benefit from picturesque countryside and fantastic transport links for those needing to travel further afield.
