Lakehouse Construction are pleased to confirm award onto the new Metropolitan Police Minor & Intermediate Building Works Framework. Following pre-qualification and tender processes, a positive outcome was achieved with successful award onto Lot 2 (£500K – £5m) and Lot 3 (£5 – £10m). The £250m 4-year Framework will cover a diversity of construction works across the Metropolitan Police Service estate to include new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects.

The Framework will be accessible to Kent, Essex, Surrey and Thames Valley Police and members of the GLA Group including London Fire and Emergency, Planning Authority, Transport for London and London Legacy Development Corporation, London and Partners, London Travel Watch, London Pensions Fund Authority, London Waste and Recycling Board and the Museum of London.
