The centrally located, design-led hotel, Hilton London Bankside, has revealed the final phase of its impressive expansion, adding 76 newly designed rooms and suites. The extension introduces 12 brand new room categories, offering guests more choice, space and elevated comfort options in one of London's most vibrant areas; stays available to book now.

Inspired by the creative energy of its Bankside neighbourhood, sitting moments from attractions such as Tate Modern and The Globe, the new rooms feature rich pops of colour, bold patterns, and playful detailing. Art is woven throughout the interiors, with thoughtfully positioned lighting drawing attention to curated pieces and creating the feel of a contemporary gallery. Guests can expect statement sculptural headboards, angular mirrors and bespoke finishes in every room, creating spaces that are just as stylish as they are comfortable.

The newly presented ninth floor introduces an extravagant stay experience, offering sweeping views across Bankside and the surrounding London skyline through striking floor-to-ceiling windows. Expanding the hotel's suite collection to 23, the floor features two spacious one-bedroom signature suites: the King City View Suite, measuring an impressive 83.9m² (902.6ft²), and the King Landmark View Suite, spanning 74.4m² (800.9ft²). Designed with sleek interiors, both suites include double vanity sinks, premium refreshment amenities including a Smeg kettle, stocked minibar and enhanced tea and coffee facilities. The suites also feature either spacious walk-in wardrobes or private wellness spaces complete with personalisable lighting, sound and scent settings, alongside the option to request additional fitness equipment for tailored in-room workouts.

Wellness lovers can also enjoy the new Premium Peloton Room (from £369 per night), complete with a dedicated fitness alcove flooded with natural light and a personal Peloton Bike; perfect for maintaining training routines whilst travelling.

The new King Premier One Bedroom Suite (from £535 per night) further enhances the property's suite portfolio and is ideal for families of four, featuring a spacious lounge and elegant dining area. The King Junior Landmark View Suite (from £499 per night) also showcases iconic views of The Shard and the London skyline through dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, while its high ceilings create an even greater sense of light and space. All suites at Hilton London Bankside feature refined dining areas and coffee machines, while selected suites also include spa-style walk-in showers with jets for added indulgence. All suite stays can enjoy use of the exclusive executive lounge.

Families remain at the heart of the hotel’s offering, with flexible interconnecting rooms and family-friendly layouts designed to make city breaks effortless. Suites provide additional space for families, while the new Two Queen Superior Room (from £330 per night) offers a generous and comfortable option for families or friends travelling together. Select rooms also feature convertible chaise sofas providing extra flexibility for smaller families and groups of three. Younger guests are welcomed with playful touches throughout the hotel, from a sweet stand and cartoons in the lobby, to the engaging ‘Fox Cub Trail’ which turns the hotel itself into part of the adventure.

Raoul De Souza, General Manager at Hilton London Bankside, comments: “The extension marks a very exciting time for Hilton London Bankside and is a project we are delighted to see come to life. I’m immensely proud of the dedication shown across every stage, from the initial design process through to construction, and of the hotel team who continue to deliver outstanding hospitality. As we look ahead, this development not only strengthens our hotel but also creates significant new opportunities to expand our team, grow talent and support the continued success of both Hilton London Bankside and Splendid Hospitality Group.”

Andrew Kendrick, Managing Director – Hotels at Splendid Hospitality Group, adds: “The addition of 76 new rooms and suites at Hilton London Bankside further reinforces Splendid Hospitality Group’s position as a significant and growing force within the London hotel market. Hilton London Bankside is a powerful example of how Splendid offers strong operational leadership to create exceptional hotel experiences for guests, while continuing to grow our footprint in the capital.”
