Kevin joins VolkerRail from Network Rail and has over 30 years’ railway experience, having enjoyed a career spanning frontline maintenance, supervision, engineering, and asset management. Most recently, he led Network Rail’s national signalling programme through CP5, including the delivery of major signalling renewals and enhancements in Cardiff, East Kent, Birmingham, Thameslink, Liverpool, Derby, Nottingham, Lincolnshire and Motherwell.
