Thomas Sinden appoints Head of Pre Construction

Leading contractor Thomas Sinden has appointed Howard Buckley as Head of Pre Construction.

Howard has joined the senior management team from Mears Group plc where he was Head of Pre-Construction, having previously worked for The Apollo Group, Morgan Sindell and Kier London.
