Bouygues Batiment International and its subsidiary, Dragages Singapore, are delivering the highest towers ever built in modular construction, the Clement Canopy buildings.

The construction industry is at a turning point due to both industrialization and digitalization. As the world population increases and the demand for housing throughout the world will continue to grow significantly for the years to come, Bouygues Batiment International wants to operate a revolution in the way of building.

Modular construction is a significant change in the way that we build buildings today. The Clement Canopy is a set of two 140m high residential buildings. The majority of the apartments was manufactured off site before the modules were assembled on site, a challenge that combined technical, digital and aesthetics prowess.
