Leading shower manufacturer, Triton, has appointed a new Operations Director to play a vital role in delivering strategic sustainability goals, as the business works towards becoming net zero by 2025.
David Savage brings more than 14 years’ experience in the manufacturing, operations and supply chain sectors to Triton Showers. As well as making significant contributions towards reducing CO2 and improving efficiency levels, he will also be responsible for enhancing supply chain resilience.
Commenting on his appointment, David said: “I’m delighted to be joining an organisation that has such a progressive environmental strategy and is future focused. From an operational point of view, my role will be central to helping Triton realise its vision of becoming the most sustainable shower brand in the UK. I’m therefore looking forward to exploring new ways of delivering both cost and carbon savings throughout the business by making best use of valuable resources.”
David Tutton, Managing Director at Triton, said: “We are extremely pleased that David has joined the business. His extensive industry background will be invaluable and his arrival couldn’t be better timed, as we have some pretty ambitious goals to accomplish in the next four years. While we’ve achieved a lot already, gaining fresh insights from David and getting his input into policies and procedures will mean we can do even more.”
