Taking place on Saturday 20th May at Kingfisher Meadows in Witney, the event will offer keen property seekers the chance to talk to the expert team of Sales Advisers and Mortgage Brain to find out what steps they can take for their next move.

Prospective buyers can receive some expert one-to-one advice, ideal for those who are unsure if they can make a step on to the property ladder.

Lots of prospective buyers fear that there aren’t many mortgages out there which, despite some lenders waiting for the market to settle down, isn’t strictly the case.

Interest rates have risen but the Financial Times reports that Barclays, Skipton Building Society, NatWest, Virgin Money and Nationwide are all among those to back the market with new mortgage deals.

Each lender has different opportunities available, meaning there are a wide variety of options that can suit each buyer. For example, Skipton introduced a new five-year fixed range mortgage and a new product for those with a five percent deposit, whilst NatWest welcomed a new low-deposit, five-year, first-time-buyer rate.

Steve Barton, Senior Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Manchester, said: “Purchasing a home is the biggest investment you’re likely to make and we’ve arranged an event to ensure buyers have all the information they need ahead of stepping onto the property ladder.

“For those uncertain about the mortgages available to them, we’ll be ready to answer any questions to provide a greater understanding about what homes they may be able to afford.

“With limited spaces available, we’d encourage anyone interested in getting on the property ladder to book an appointment to attend our open house event.”

With just 13 homes remaining, David Wilson Homes is encouraging those interested to get in touch with a Sales Adviser. Homes at Kingfisher Meadows are available with prices starting from £335,000.
