NHBC, the UK’s largest provider of new home warranties and insurance, has appointed Cassandra Codling as Senior Regional Director, leading on builder client relations across the UK.
Managing the Regional Director team, Cassandra will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers and driving NHBC’s core purpose of building confidence in the construction quality of new homes. She joined NHBC in 2007 as a Building Inspector, before progressing to Inspection Manager and then Regional Director for the South East. Possessing a wealth of technical expertise, with significant experience in building control and relationship management, Cassandra will bring great value to the role.
Commenting on her appointment, Cassandra said: “I’m excited to have been appointed as Senior Regional Director at NHBC and proud to help drive quality across the industry. With the Government’s ambitious house building targets for this parliament, I believe we must focus on delivering quality homes and strong communities, not just houses. I plan to help support growth and encourage a more diverse mix of people to enter the industry.”
David Campbell, Chief Operating Officer at NHBC commented: “I warmly congratulate Cassie on her well-deserved promotion. Cassie is ideal to lead this team, bringing her extensive experience of both industry and customer relationship management. Cassandra has taken over from previous Senior Regional Director Paul Edwards, who has been promoted to Operations Director at NHBC and will continue to report to David Campbell. Cassandra commenced her new role on 01 July 2025.
