This month, The Fine & Country Foundation launched a proactive awareness campaign to run throughout the course of 2018. Combatting homelessness involves more than providing someone with a bed for the night. This campaign will provide an eye-opening insight into the lives of two people.

Sean and Talisha have experienced different forms of homelessness, and they will both be interviewed and videoed at various points in the year by The Fine & Country Foundation. Sean grew up in care and has lived on the streets for 18 years. His story begins just one week after he moved into his temporary accommodation and waits for his council flat. Talisha experienced hidden homelessness, often described as sofa surfing. Talisha is in her early twenties and is receiving support and training to help her become independent.

The Triple A Campaign focuses on three key areas: ‘Attitude’ towards homelessness, ‘Adversity’ in getting someone off the streets permanently and ‘Action’ for the short-term and the long-term.

Your support for The Fine & Country Foundation has enabled funding for projects which help people like Sean and Talisha rebuild their lives.
