Industry leader in the delivery of temporary intelligent transport system (ITS) products and solutions, MVIS, has further enhanced its customer service capability with the appointment of a dedicated customer relationship manager.
Ian Lee joins MVIS from Highways England, and brings 15 years’ experience of the highways industry. He takes responsibility for managing MVIS’ client services operation as the company’s customer base expands. He will also manage the new North of England depot.
Said MVIS’ general manager, Anne Ashman: “MVIS has grown rapidly since its foundation in 2012, its team expanding from four to 19, and customers now including all the major national traffic management organisations.
“Over that time, the company has steadily built a solid reputation for efficient and trustworthy service, and the appointment of a highly experienced and dedicated customer relationship manager will enable us to further enhance this offer.
“We look forward to Traffex, where Ian will be on MVIS’ stand (G025) to meet existing and potential customers alike.”
Ian’s appointment is the latest development for MVIS, which earlier this month became one of the first companies in the sector to achieve ISO 45001:2018 accreditation for occupational health and safety management. The firm is also ISO registered in quality and environmental health.
MVIS’ products and solutions are created by Bartco UK, and incorporate monitoring and visual information equipment including variable message signs (VMS), CCTV and radar, all featuring leading-edge technology. For further details, please visit MVIS at Traffex on stand G025, or visit www.m-vis.co.uk
