MAC Construction Consultants’ Safety, Health & Environment team have been appointed by the KMRE Group to deliver Client Advisor and Principal Designer services on its Kirkstall Road development in Leeds.
The firm has joined the construction team to produce a new private rental sector scheme (PRS) that will deliver 111 well-designed, safe, sustainable, modern apartments close to Leeds city centre.
The development will include a range of stylish one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and construction is now on site and expected to complete in spring 2021.
The MAC team will be carrying out its services under CDM regulations and all construction activities on the project are being carried out in line with Government regulations.
