Leading housebuilder Lovell Homes’ Eastern Region has strengthened its sales team with the appointments of a new regional sales manager, sales coordinator, field sales manager and marketing coordinator, all based at the head office in Leeds.
With the rapid growth of its region, Lovell Eastern has expanded the sales team to take charge of the sites across Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland to maintain sales and ensure consistent customer service throughout all developments.
Toni Boden age 46 from Barnsley was appointed as regional sales manager to head up the sales department and recruit new members of the team in line with the rapid regional growth. With a total of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry, Toni has a wealth of experience within new homes sales which she inputs into her role of heading up sales, completing land assessments, setting targets and more.
Originally joining Lovell Homes as a Business Administration Intermediate Apprentice (Level 2), Lily Crossley (18) from Morley has now been promoted to marketing coordinator, dealing with advertising, marketing and social media for the entire Eastern region.
Emma Burrows was appointed as the sales coordinator, to coordinate the sales team, process reports, chase contracts and more. The 37 year old from Chesterfield has previous experience in a sales coordinator role in the new housing industry, bringing her extensive housing knowledge and experience into the expanding Lovell team.
27 year old Becca Greenwood from Wakefield has been appointed as field sales manager to support each sales team at the regions many developments, ensuring the sales teams are reaching their full potential and achieving consistent high quality customer service and continued satisfaction with Lovell.
Toni commented: “I am so excited to be a part of the expanding team here in Leeds. We have more live developments than ever with a large number of homes to sell throughout Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Rutland.
“The sales team is fantastic now and it is great to work with such hardworking, dedicated and friendly people.
“We have already had a very successful start to the year and I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve throughout the remainder.”
