LEOS International has started work on its £2.5m residential scheme at Temple Fortune in Golders Green.
The eight semi-detached family homes are being built on a half-acre site next to the local tennis club and are due for completion in October 2023.
All the semi-detached, four-bedroom homes will benefit from heating systems run by air source heat pumps and solar panels on each roof.
Two public tennis courts and a multi-use games area will remain and be upgraded as part of the £2.5m residential development.
“Our investment in Temple Fortune will provide high quality homes for families in the heart of Golders Green and is an excellent addition to our portfolio which will see around 300 units completed by the end of this year,” said Chris Pittock, Leos planning director.
“The addition of the air source heat pumps and the solar panels to each home underlines our commitment to maximising technology that will be kind to the environment and to family budgets.” Planning permission for the scheme was granted in February this year.
