Home hunters in Horam will be flocking to a new-build location this weekend where they can view a housebuilder’s new homes collection at a special launch.
Bovis Homes is launching two show homes – a three-bedroom Spruce and four-bedroom Aspen – at its Rosemead Place location, off Horebeech Lane.
Families, couples and individuals will be able to see what homes are available and the purchasing options on offer, including the housebuilder’s Home Exchange initiative.
Candice McCabe, regional marketing manager at Bovis Homes, said: “We’re really excited to launch our show homes at Rosemead Place this weekend.
“House hunters can view properties from our new homes collection and our current portfolio – light, open properties with fantastic layouts, gardens and parking.
“There’s something for all types of buyers, so come and visit our popular location where you can speak to our Bovis Homes colleagues and find out about your future home.”
Rosemead Place is surrounded in countryside and only 15 miles from the South East coast.
The development is within walking distance of the village centre, where you will find local shops including a café, bakery, and hairdressers. It is nestled on the edge of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are many countryside walks to choose from.
Bovis Homes’ Home Exchange initiative means the housebuilder will purchase the customer’s current property, which means they can avoid all those estate agent fees and time-consuming, stress-building house chains. It also means that purchasers can say in their current house until their new home is ready.
To part-exchange their home, a customer’s current property must be valued at no more than 75 per cent of the new Bovis Home they wish to purchase. Bovis Homes will arrange for the buyer’s property to be valued, then make them an offer based on the valuation.
Properties in Bovis Homes’ new collection are named after British trees and focus on well-proportioned exteriors with a real sense of light and flow on the inside.
Bovis Homes’ show home launch is taking place this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
