The launch of the new Sales Centre will allow house hunters to speak to the team of Sales Advisers who can share their expert knowledge of the development.
Barratt Homes has launched the three bedroom Brancaster and the four bedroom Chester and Hesketh show homes.
David Wilson Homes has launched three show homes; The Cannington, a three bedroom three storey home, The Parkin, a four bedroom three storey home, and The Holden, a four bedroom property.
All six new show homes are now providing keen house hunters a feel of what living at the development will be like. These properties are overlooking green open space and feature views onto the lake.
As well as this, visitors of the show homes can gain some interior design inspiration from the stunning properties that they can implement into their own homes.
Will Phair, Sales Director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We’re very excited to launch the new Sales Centre and show homes at our Hampton Beach developments and we’re excited to see the new vibrant community grow.
“The show homes not only provide buyers with a first look at our new properties, but they provide inspiration for many customers who come back to seek out ideas for decorating their own blank canvases.
“We’re recommending perspective homebuyers to book an appointment at the new Sales Centre to speak with our sales team for advice on buying their dream home.”
Located on Waterhouse Way, the new community is less than three miles away from Peterborough city centre with excellent commuter links further afield through the A1, A15 and A47. Commuters can also reach London Kings Cross from Peterborough train station in under an hour.
With an abundance of green open space surrounding the development, residents at Hampton Beach can take advantage of the many amenities on their doorstep, including football pitches, cycle routes, expansive parks, along with a number of restaurants and shops.
