4 November 2025 – HDR, the global engineering and design consultancy, has appointed Paul Jones as Commercial & Real Estate Sector Lead for EMEA. With more than 20 years of consultancy experience and a proven track record in the UK’s commercial development sector, Paul will play a key role in strengthening HDR’s commercial property portfolio and driving the next phase of growth across the region.
Paul joins HDR from a global engineering consultancy, where he held a range of senior leadership positions. In his most recent role, he led a multi-disciplinary markets team focused on business development and project delivery across the residential sector. At HDR, Paul will work with the Building Engineering Services team to further grow the group’s commercial real estate presence and offering across its key European and Middle East markets.
