First homes to go on sale at new Saffron Walden development

The first homes at a new development in Saffron Walden will go on sale this winter.

Bellway Essex will host a digital launch of its Poppy View development in winter ahead of the on-site launch next summer.

Buyers who register their interest in the homes will receive advance notification of when the first properties are to be released onto the market.

A total of 150 homes are being built at the site off Thaxted Road, comprising 90 houses for private sale and 60 affordable homes.

The private homes will feature a range of two, three and four-bedroom houses, while the affordable homes will include four apartments and four bungalows, with 42 properties being available for affordable rent and the remaining 18 through shared ownership.
