As part of an eagerly-anticipated launch, the first bricks have been laid at David Wilson Homes’ brand-new Suffolk development, Constable Gardens.
Tom Wright, Managing Director at David Wilson Homes Eastern Counties, was recently onsite to lay the bricks of the first properties of the 144-home community alongside Site Manager, Jason Paola.
The Moores Lane development, which is set to deliver a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom properties, will also underpin approximately 288 jobs for local people during its time and will bring significant investment to the area.
Among the 144 properties at the new community, 50 have been allocated as affordable homes.
Tom said: “Our Constable Gardens development is starting to take shape nicely and we’re proud to have unveiled a range of high-quality properties for prospective buyers in this fantastic location.
“Throughout the development’s progression, we will be contributing to the local community through the new homes provided, jobs supported and our financial investment in the area’s facilities and services.
