David Wilson Homes has launched the brand new show homes at its Alconbury Weald development near Huntingdon.
Located on Senliz Road, the community will deliver a range of two to five bedroom homes which will be ideal for a variety of house hunters, including first time buyers looking to make the step on to the property ladder, growing families and downsizers.
The leading housebuilder has now officially opened the doors to its new show homes at the development, which include The Elmsthorpe and The Moreton style homes.
The Elmsthorpe is a semi-detached, three bedroom, three storey home. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen diner, as well as a family seating area with a box bay window. Upstairs, there is a living room with a Juliet balcony, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Completing the home, the top floor includes two double bedrooms, both of which benefit from an en suite shower room.
The Moreton is a detached, three storey, five bedroom home that is ideal for family living. Downstairs is a large living room with French doors that lead to the garden, a kitchen and family room. Also downstairs is a separate dining room and a utility room.
On the first floor of The Moreton is the main bedroom that showcases an en suite, as well as three other double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The top floor includes the final double bedroom, also with an en suite, and a versatile space that could be used as a games room.
Will Phair, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We’re very excited to have launched our new show homes at Alconbury Weald.
“Show homes provide keen purchasers with the opportunity to step inside a property and envisage how living at the development could suit their lifestyle.
“We’ve already seen a lot of interest in the development, so we’d recommend eager homebuyers to act soon to avoid disappointment.”
Alconbury Weald is set amongst 200 acres of woodland and parks, and is just a short drive away from Monks Wood National Nature Reserve and Hinchingbroooke Country Park, making it ideal for residents who enjoy exploring nature.
