Bewley Homes has recently secured four sites throughout Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire.  The purchases, which have a combined gross development potential of £82 million, are a significant acquisition for the design led developer and will provide a total of 224 new homes, including 30% of affordable housing, within Bewley’s key areas of operation.

Andrew Brooks, Managing Director of Bewley Homes, says:  “Location has always been core to our developments at Bewley Homes and has been key to our success in delivering high quality developments in desirable residential locations.

“We believe the sites we have acquired in Reigate, Oakley, Whitchurch and Arborfield fulfil all the criteria sought after by today’s buyers.  Each of these sites is located in an area of high demand, desirable because of their proximity to excellent road and rail links, good schools and fantastic amenities.  These are areas where the need for new housing is urgent and it is our responsibility as developers to ensure the designs of the properties we build sit sensitively alongside the existing environments in which they are being built.

“Bewley Homes has a proud history of providing beautifully crafted new homes of a high quality and providing an excellent customer service to our clients and I am delighted that we will be helping to fulfil the need for housing within these communities.”
