It has come to our attention that a member of our editorial team has been copying and republishing certain news articles within the pages of Design & Build’s website that were written and originally published by The Construction Index Ltd. Whilst the management team felt that permissions had been granted for the publishing of news items, it has been brought to our attention that the copyright owner had given no such permission.
We would like to take this opportunity to unreservedly apologise to The Construction Index.
We at Design & Build hope that this written apology appeases those affected by this matter and would like to express our gratitude to the company(s) affected by this oversight for making us aware.
