The significant scheme, located between Bollo Lane and the Piccadilly Line near Acton Town Station, forms part of the wider West London Partnership - a joint venture between Barratt London and Places for London, set to unlock more than 4,000 new homes over the next decade.
Bollo Lane will be delivered across four phases and will provide up to 900 new homes, delivering 50% affordable housing alongside 20,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space and an extensive new public realm.
As part of its appointment, Connect It will be responsible for the design, supply and installation of complex electrical and water infrastructure, including:
- Temporary and permanent HV/LV networks
- Temporary Builder’s Supply (TBS) substations
- Multi-plot and high-density residential connections
- Commercial and landlord supplies
- Self-lay water infrastructure coordinated alongside electrical works
The appointment reflects Connect It’s continued strength in delivering large-scale, high-density urban developments, where early coordination, technical certainty and programme reliability are critical.
