HUB Awards RG Group £82 Million Contract to Deliver 488 BTR Homes in Leeds

Developer HUB ­has awarded RG Group an £82 million construction contract to deliver Latitude Blue, a 488-home build-to-rent scheme in Leeds. Construction will start on site immediately, with expected completion in 2025.

Designed by local architects Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher (CJCT), the scheme includes extensive new public realm, taking advantage of the nearby canal as well as enhancing pedestrian and bicycle access to the city centre. The site is located in a growing mixed-use neighbourhood on Whitehall Road and will contribute to a wider development drive that is pulling the city’s centre to the west. This site is adjacent to HUB’s first Leeds project, Latitude Purple, already on site.

HUB acquired Latitude Blue, in partnership with Bridges Fund Management (Bridges) in 2021 and was granted full planning permission in 2022. HUB has secured a £108m forward funding deal with Canadian real estate investment company Realstar to deliver the scheme.
